Is there anywhere in the within the Immediate lake area that I can go prospecting?.. Not looking forward to having to leave the Lake it being my friends 30th.. Just wondering.. I should have my detector by tomorrow.

It hurts if you don't and you see good ground.
I don't know much about the area except for it's history, which you obviously do too.

There are some workings up in the creek channel towards the north west. Well tailings everywhere around the lake, but them seem to look pretty good. Good luck and let us know what you stir up
