    Rob; Do we have to fully discharge the batteries before recharging them? After I have used mine for a while or after it has sat for a few months I will turn it on and let it run all night before recharging. Just wondering if it is ok to recharge after a short day work or run it all the way out?

    Nice bit of gold there Rob. I like the Minelab coils too.,although in my area its to brushy to use the larger ones. I use the elliptical almost exclusively.

    Okey, So it seems like I jumped the gun too soon. Is there an upgrade for and existing coil? My serial # is before the waterproof one. I heard somewhere that if you silicone the cable where it goes into the coil it will waterproof it. I really like this coil, have only used it once for about 4 hours. But it really picks up on the brass and lead well.
