  1. I feel a more realistic comparison would be the ATX and TDI Pro, The TDI Pro would be more inline compared to the ATX and has the benefit of using the GPX coils to further enhance its performance.
  2. Very sorry to hear this news, Our Condolences to you and your family. Prayers sent.
  3. Did you try using the non motion over the targets as well? This is supposed to help on those faint signals.
  4. Pre order for Christmas rush? is this thing supposed to be out by Christmas or will we just have more info by then?
  5. I have had them for a few weeks now, very well made and very balanced. Quick easy set up. The one thing I dont like is the way the coil is held on to the lower shaft. It has a tension adjustment and it just seem that it must be very tight to keep it from drifting down. I would rather have the bolt and wingnut, Other than that I feel its a very well made detector and a big step in the right direction.
  6. I dont feel there is a big need for the covers yet, it seems Garrett does not trust the ATX to be released to the general public. I would rather see them get the detector out first. The coil covers shouldnt be a problem.
  7. Have not been out to rye patch for over a year now, but from what I have heard is Crystal John has moved out of the Rye Patch area, I heard he is in the Imlay area now. I never ran my GPX there, only my TDI Pro.
  8. This is what I use, and yes, its one of the best things you can do for your Minelab.
  9. I can not run any of the GP or GPX machines anywhere near my neighborhood, they will not calm down. There is alot of interference anywhere near homes.
  10. adam, I tried to PM you but I cant, I had a question concerning a ground balance button on a GP Extreme.
  11. Ok thanks for the info, I will order a handle tomorrow.
  12. Is there a diagram that shows what to do, and what about the plug in the panel, or do you just drill a hole and run the wire thru?
