Well guys I have a terrible story with heat stroke. I got it and bad. Was at the drag races all day in the sun. Was young and did not go with much cash. Had only enough for the $60.00 ticket to get into the nationals. Went all day with only 1 drink a pepsi. Left the races at around 6 PM and started the long drive home. I made it 1 hour in the truck and had to pull over. I got out of the truck made it to the rear bed and threw up twice. Stood up and passed out fell to the ground. My Wife and friends picked me up called 911 and asked where to go in a town we did not know. I never woke up until the next day in the hospital. They had put an IV in and had pumped 4 of the large bags of water in. I felt worse than I ever have at any point in my life when I woke up. They told me I nearly died. When I arrived due to my friends racing me to the ER while on the cell phones they said I had no heart rate and of course had no response of any type and eyes where not responding. This is no joke with heat stroke it can and does kill people and the crazy part is you do not know it is coming while you are doing it to yourself. It seems to be after you start to relax and cool down that the symtoms begin to get you. It took me weeks to get back to normal. Since then including yesterday I screwed up and got to hot again and my head felt like it was in a vise and I thought I was going to throw up. I had to stay inside today. I know that I cannot take the heat like I used to. My threshold is much lower. Please take the advice and make darn sure you are well hydrated and do not press your luck. No gold is worth your life and messing about with heat stroke is the same as entering tunnels. You might be ok but then again it could collapse at any time. I also think the sun is hotter than ever. It really seems to take it's toll on people now. Even though the temps are normal 90 to 100's the sun is hotter on my skin. Maybe just the rays burn into us better now. The 8X14 black DD stomps all over the old concentric. Very smooth and very nice coil. I am very happy I spent the money and bought mine for a GM2. It made all the difference in the world and the GM2 is very smooth with the black DD.

Double posted!!! It is easy to do when it is jacked up

I think this board is hosted by Invision. If so then they have huge problems right now. They switched servers and everything is jacked.I cannot even access my Admin panel on my Invision board so I cannot even try to fix the problems. My board had the same issues for the last month. Invision will not reply back to us and we cannot fix it. Hope this is not the case here but it looks like it to me. Rob and crew may not be able to get this sorted for some time. I had the same header problem with the errors at the top. Virus programs see the bad lines of text and kick out the virus "Q". But it is just something corrupt on the server. Cross your fingers it gets sorted out OK.

Gary and guys, I also bought the software from Lonny. Mine showed up yesterday and I got it installed last night. I will tell you what I got is not Beta version of anything. It is waypoints that he has spent the time to mark and share with the rest of us. Many he has visited himself and other marked due to location and gold found in surrounding areas. It works with the leading topo maps software like Nat Geo states topo. Nothing Beta about Nat Geo or waypoints used to mark out possible nugget hunting locations. Dahm straight you better cross reference with BLM and make sure the grounds are not currently claimed but any location software you will need to do that as Rob says. He is simply showing you how find the spots and gives you a starting point. Now let me say I simply saw this thread went to the ebay link and bid on the TDI coil cover with CD's included. I won for 10 bucks. I got my package 2 day later. can't beat that. I loaded the waypoint cd, checked out all the extra articles and maps he has given to OPEN public hunting grounds and looked at the cool pics of nuggets provided on the CD. I used the Nat Geo software that works with my Magellan GPS and I opened the waypoints that Lonny provided. Over 2000 of them. I put the coil cover on my coil and there you have. For $17.50 delivered I have a new skid plate and the cd's of info. It was a great deal if you ask me and I am very happy I did it. Not only that I did have a question when merging the overlay of waypoints and he replied right back and answered how to fix my issue. Guys can sit back and "GUESS" what is going on but I have mine it works great. You bet I could have probably sorted this out on my own but I just shaved many days and hours off the learning curve and wasted money buying programs until I found the one that worked like I wanted. I can search mines you will not be able to do that with the newer topos out there. I say thanks also Lonny glad I bought it.

El Dorado, I am in the same boat 3 years now and no nugget yet. I am bummed to say the least. You would think with shear dumb luck I would have gotten one by now. I am doing the right thing and hitting it hard but no gold yet. I have a bucket of lead and tons of scrap boot tacks and nails but the gold still has not found it's way to me yet. I guess I am holding out for the BIG one.

Works great for me all the way around. Keep up the good work Rob and it is the nature of the beast you have to upgrade it just has to happen on the net, no way around keeping up with the current technology.
