Hey Rob, I got it last summer while hunting around Q site . I learned when it's 116 deg just hang out on the river all day and hunt at night. A good head lamp and full snake chaps is all you need. Hope you feel better Rob and have a great father's day. Ron

No it is east to west.

The crevice is now 10 ft deep with bed rock sides and still have not hit bottom but the gold is getting bigger, into 2 gram nuggets now. I am going to need to cut it more forward running out of room for the detector

Ok the nugget is not what what it looks like. There seems to be a guy spray painting rocks with 24k gold spray paint and leaving them out there. This one was under the surface about a inch with a bottle cap under it so when I hit it I dug the target. When I uncovered it I thought no more work but when I picked it up there was no weight to it. Well guess the joke was on me but like any good joke I put it back for the next guy. Good luck out there. But all was not lost came home with 2 oz out of the drywasher and about 1 oz of big picker size with the minelab. And by the way Rob the headphone's rock.

No Bob I had problems with the new travel trailer. The windows on the doors were leaking had to go to the RV store and buy two new ones and had to install them. But we will be back the first week in May I would like to come over in april but I have a big diving job. I will only have time to sluice once a week until May. Ron

The wife and I were out at middle camp with Colorado Bob and the club.

Disneyland is going to be adding jobs for the next year and half. Most jobs will be ride mach called OUTSIDE MACHINIST'S (40), ride elec (20) and ride sound (20). They are also going to need ride op's. As they build the new part of DCA in Anaheim they will add jobs. It looks like the first round will be this month then the winter of 2010 spring of 2011 and summer of 2011. Other then ride op's the jobs pay 55K to 70K if you get over time you could run as high as 100K. When I started there over 15 years ago as a diver my first year was 120K. To get a job there TAKES time start by going to there web site and do your app on line they only keep the app's for 6 months you will need to fill out a new one every 6 months. But don't give up this is the best job you could every have.
