silver dog doug
Seems the only ones that I can find in Greaterville, are small ones. Nine nuggets (pickers, Lucky) all nine wt. .8 grms. I would like to say that I found them with my 4500, but it was the GMT.
Ridge Runner
Silver Dog Doug Looks great to me.One thing about gold it's still gold even at one grain.A little of something is better than nothing. I've belonged to that club for years but never been on one of their claims.Chuck Anders

aufool
Nice finds indeed, especially if you got em all on the same trip. Did those come from close proximety to GV or a "little further South" ?
Admin nuggethunting Posted October 21, 2011 Admin Report Share Posted October 21, 2011 Hey Doug, Congrats on the nuggets you found. Greaterville has been pounded hard over the years. The access is easy to get around and most areas can be accessed by roads or short hikes. There's a lot of gold still at or around Greaterville, but in some places the trash is overwhelming. Wishing you all luck down there. Rob Allison
silver dog doug
Those little guys were found in Greaterville. I had to work all day for them. Sometimes I go to the same area, and don't find a dammed thing. Thanks for all the replies. Doug

Border Boy
Great job brother, keep at it and another big one will clank out of the scoop . Greaterville is one of the hardest places to find nuggets , as Rob said theres still alot of big gold just overwhelming trash. Jason dont loose hope im still finding plenty down there , sometimes just turning the machine off and hiking out of the way untill you see some juicy gravels is all it takes to get gas money

notoriouskelly
Yes, Rob,I was pleasantly surprised that my trailer doesn't rock in the wind like the Kovert Kamper but parts of it sure rattled in that breeze! Patrick in Havasu
Let me add my congratulations Rob. That sounds like quite an award, and I'm sure it's well deserved.Hey Kelley. There was a guy at Gold Basin with a rig similar to yours. I thought it was you at first, but then I saw he wasn't as handsome as you, and didn't have a dog.Patrick.....
