Chrisman91
Can someone please explain to me what is so special about the lower rods for the Eureka Gold detector? I am used to the White's and Fisher rods at $16 each, and then I go to buy one for my Eureka and I get told they are $50! What gives? Why are they so much compared to others? frank c
Hey Chris , have you ever had the chance to compare them ?? Is a whites or tesoro or what ever the same diameter to fit in the upper tube ???? Just a thought to consider.
Uncle Ron
For many years I used a Whites S-rod for my upper for my SD2100 and the minelab lowers fit perfectly...Just had to drill some quick holes in the S-rod for it to work...Cheers, Unc

Allen in MT
Depends on what rod you buy, some are a carbon fiber rod compared to the metsal rods.Allen

DOC
Th lower rods for the Eureka Gold are the same as the rods for the GP/GPX. You can buy my new rods for $28 that will fit fine. Call Rob.Doc
