Admin nuggethunting Posted March 28, 2016 Admin Report Share Posted March 28, 2016 Hey Andy, I will let you tell the story. Congrats on the nice nugget with the new coil you purchased from us. Always nice to pay for the coil and part of your detector with one, single nugget! Let us know the details again, weight of nugget, depth, detector used and most importantly the location ..... andyy
Thanks, for posting my find, Rob. I had this posted elsewhere so some may recognize it. This .8 ounce piece was found using a GPX 5000 and a 14" Coiltek Elite at a depth of 13". The tone wasn't a screamer but it was clear as day and was somewhat of a shocker as I had already run through the area with a 9x14. Since then I have also found many smaller .2 gram pieces at depths of 5 & 6". I never expected this from a big coil. I can't wait to see how the 18" Elite performs.
