Cowkiller
I left the house at nap time aka noon today and took my oldest daughter out to find her first nugget. She was a trooper! We wound up finding 2 small nugs for a quarter gram. Not too bad for only 45 min of hunting and under 2 years old... Don't let her grumpy face fool you she had a good time. And got back to the house by 5! Good luck out there.

Gold Seeker
That's awesome, make a habit out of taking her, soon she be finding lots of gold and other treasure all on her own!!
Cowkiller
Thanks guys! I hope she does remember but there will definitely be more hunts in the future. You are right gold seeker she already finds her "pretty" rocks... And I'm pretty sure her favorite treasure so far is spent shotgun shells ? Old Tom
Adam, you don't need a chaperone what you need is a trainer. You'd better be there Mom or not. I put you on the rooster anyway. Old Tom
