wyndham Posted April 12, 2015 Report Share Posted April 12, 2015 I'm planning a trip this summer to the gold country/ old rt 49 around the Don Pedro reservoir around mocasin flats in calif. Back in the day before the lake level was raised I found a small gold patch but at very low gold prices it was just a panning exersize. If I take my md and check out some of the low water areas, is that allowed or forbidden in the public places. I was at melones today,and reclamation put up a sign that says no disturbing or searching for natural resources or artifacts.
