goldfind
Hello all, The GPZ is performing better than I had expected, I like everything about the GPZ, the color display the menuing, the ease of changing settings. I'm also getting used to the extra weight. And with the well designed harness it makes long hunts even easier. Here is my first 6 weeks working one hammered patch on weekends, and one trip to Nevada. 17.5 dwts total. Mark Humble
I would say the GPZ is well on it's way to paying for it's self. Very nice gold for sure, looking forward to seeing more of it.Mark
Tortuga
My prospecting always slows down in the summer heat here in Arizona.By the time fall rolls around sometimes I'm busier with my other hobbies and metal detectors get sold or collect dust.If I've still got the "fever" come October and I've squirreled away enough money I'll probably be buying a GPZ.Maybe at the next gold show I can check the weight and ergonomics on it. After wrapping the handle in grip tape and adding a full-size armrest to my SDC it's a lot more comfortable to swing all day.Would like to see how the GPZ feels and how the menus and settings work. Hopefully by the fall there's some nice control box covers out for it too and maybe some new coils.I'm looking forward to getting my hands on one.
