I wanted to share some pics of detecting with the nokta fors gold detector. Ive had it since last august and been having a ball with it. I was able to go over flogged ground that i detected in grids many times with my gb pro detector with many different coils. and was able to get even more gold. so far its been the deepest vlf detector that i have used in 30 years of detecting. one of my favorite features on it is vibrate. you can feel it vibrate even on a birdshot. so if you cant hear well, it is a nice feature. well take care for now.And looking forward to topics on this forumthanks Rob for the great gpx bundle price! californiagold Posted March 13, 2015 Author Report Share Posted March 13, 2015 Hello diamond, yes fors gold is a vlf. it has been my first goto detector for awhile. it detects in bad mineralization like a pi. It finds tiny gold real well too. . I made some videos of using fors gold. I would post a link , but not sure how to do it on my phone. my computer needs some work. but the videos are on my youtube channel called fors gold adventures. they are not as good as Robs videos, but they atleast show what it can do. californiagold Posted March 13, 2015 Author Report Share Posted March 13, 2015 Pretty much all the gold I found last few months with Fors gold has been the standard coil. 11". It works very well on all sizes of gold. the fors were like a $1,000 for standard package, but are now $600 at florida dealer K.C.
