Relichunter2 Posted March 13, 2015 Report Share Posted March 13, 2015 I had this dream the night before about detecting an old patch and finding a nugget next to an old cut tree stump. The dream was about a patch I hunt once in a while, so I thought I would go their today and do some detecting. Well there I was on a patch I killed, but the funny thing is I saw this old stump the only one in the area which I have seen before and cleared pretty good I thought. Well just for kicks, because of my dream I took the coil around the stump and this time I heard a nice mellow soft sound....could it be ??? I was thinking how weird it would be....well i dug under the dry grass and kept going a few inches more and out comes a 1.6 gram nugget !! I probably would have never went to that stump again if it were not for the dream. Sorry no picture as I just got my new iphone and don't know how to retrieve photos from it, but you bet I took the picture of the stump ,nugget and detector near hole.... Roo Posted March 13, 2015 Report Share Posted March 13, 2015 Good one Relichunter, ill try real hard to dream about a biggy tonight I do know a guy who years ago was driving through the bush and he reckons a voice in his head, not his own, said to go and detect near a tree stump.He did and found a nugget over 100oz as well as a rich patch. He,s as mad as a cut snake and swears a voice told him to do it. I do believe there are things we can't explain that happen, we call it coincidence or something else. The odd thing about the stump nugget dream was that I awoke as if I was dreaming of a nightmare..and that it happened right when I went to bed, I awoke about 15 minutes later. Anyways Gary, it was no nightmare..... MLK would be proud of an immigrant like me hitting gold in Amerika.... your ole 4500 continues to sniff out the tid bits...Roo, I do believe there are things that guide us that we can't explain, its a matter of us being aware and acting upon it. Gold Seeker Posted March 13, 2015 Report Share Posted March 13, 2015 I have dreams like that all the time, the problem is that I live at least several hours away from any natural gold in the ground!!I would be willing to bet if you dug up that stump there would be at least one if not more nuggets in it's root ball.
