Hello All,

Here is one of my customers statements the first day out with his new GPZ 7000. I can't mention names or location.

Rob All I can say is this is one hell of a machine. Most of these nuggets are at the 12-19 inch range. Hi Yield/Difficult/12 gain/ audio smoothing off.
The ground is still kind of frozen so I only can did so many targets. Not bad for three days. I have been over all of these with a 4500 and 16 nugget finder mono and more. One small piece (smaller than anything in the photo) I gave to my friend is not in the picture , but it was about 6 inches deep in very hot ground, loud and clear. A 4000 with a 14 nuggetfinder elliptical mono would not even hear it even when it was dug out. I am using the wireless and I unplugged my headphones to let him hear the nugget and it was very well defined. Biggest is a half ounce. Total is 35.5 DWT Sorry about the photos , I have not even cleaned the gold because I am busy digging. This detector is top notch from the wireless , the battery and charger, to the carbon shaft to the audio and the impressive depth. The weight is not even an issue because I just press down on the ground anyway. I still don't even know the total capability of the detector. Bruce Candy should not be doubted. Ever.

Hey Goldfind,

The Gain/Sensitive are the same setting. Some detectors call it "Gain" others call it "Sensitivity."

The Audio Smoothing helps stable the Threshold and Audio overall. For the most part, most are run "Low" or "Off." I seen one guy mention he is running "High," which I haven't hear much of.
