Relichunter2
Boulder dash,To be honest I do not know how long they last. of course like anything...with a lot of use the hammers will start to wear out and need replacing. I picked this crusher up a year ago at an estate sale. The seller was a good friend of the owner who special ordered it to use on his small hard rock mine...he passed on to the other world before he got to use it. I came in and bought it. originally it was set up with a three phase electric motor. Well three phase is not available in most areas... I had a 10 h.p Honda motor mounted. The only material I ran was a 5 gallon bucket full of ore to test run it. I am a nugget-hunter, hard rock does not interest me, I may in time regret selling it. But I am not using it, and at this price it will be sold...and should be used by someone who wants to crush ore. Most people i have talked to say its not a problem to change the hammers....Fred
