ICMJ Prospecting and Mining Journal Summit Event

Recommended Posts

The ICMJ Prospecting and Mining Journal Summit will be this coming weekend in Placerville, California. It's a big event and something that every prospector who lives within a few hundred miles should attend. Lots of coverage of metal detecting, but we are only holding the event every other year. We'll have all the latest equipment, seminars by experts and the opportunity for hands on prospecting and training. For more info, see: http://www.icmj.com/miningsummit.php

Paul, you meet people in your sleep or at least you talk to them...lol

Chris, I'm open for a guest speech on how to correctly have your mouth positioned while detecting for gold for best results! lol

Lucky,

Considering your track record...I would attend that talk.

Had a good time at the Gleason diggings on Friday.

Part of the ICMJ field trip to a working patented claim.

Met a lot of really knowledgeable and friendly people.

Managed to scape a little nugget out with the help of the minelab 5000 and a 11" mono.

This pc was cemented to bedrock about 8" down.

I might consider attending next year.

Hi Rob - Its a big deal and unlike the GPAA with many dozens of employees, the ICMJ is a very small group of people. Its a lot of work for us to put on such an event, so we are only doing it every other year. We'd love to have you there in 2016. Although there was a lot of interest in detecting, and there were dealers with detectors, there was only one dealer specializing in detecting, and he carries Whites brand equipment. Whites is good stuff, but it would be good to have dealers specializing in detectors covering all the brands.
