McGator
Hey folks,My step-son Nick and I went for a dig since it was some decent temps out yesterday. I was pushing the CTX 3030 and Nick used my Etrac. First spot was an old school house site that was part of an old ghost town. The ground was froze up hard. We found some wheaties but it was too hard to cut through the tundra. So we headed back North to a school\church site where the ground wasn't froze at all. I had found some Indians and a 1853 half dime last year. This time I scored a nice little morgan and Nick found a really old silver ring that was crushed up. The morgan was about 5" and sounded a little on the junkie side cause of the iron around it. We may go back out there today.Cheers!!!Mike
